Könnte ich jetzt ähnlich kommentieren wie beim letzten Update, aber dazu muss man ja nur etwas hochscrollen, daher nicht. Die gpx-Export-Funktion ist für die chinesische Version sicher sinnvoll, da Mifit kein gpx exportieren kann. Strava aber schon, und das ist wesentlich komfortabler als die Uhr an den PC anzuschliessen. Ansonsten freue ich mich schon darauf, während des Joggens meine Aktienkurse abrufen zu können (nachdem ich den Chinesisch-Kurs bestanden habe und natürlich auch nur, wenn ich zusätzlich das Handy beim Laufen mitschleppe und Netz habe...).
Edit: Das neue Watchface "Prototype Source" zeigt im Standby endlich auch die Wochentage auf Englisch an. Bei allen anderen, die ich gefunden habe, hat das dann immer auf Chinesisch umgeschaltet

Es gibt dazu passend auch eine neue Version der Amazfit Watch App (MiStore): 1.7.5.2.

Leider funktioniert die Karten-App (Sougou) nur in China, ausserhalb werden keine Kartendetails angezeigt. Bergwander-Modus ("Climb") scheint zu funktionieren. Zeigt per Default Höhe und Anstieg an, aber das könnte man auch bei Trail Run so einstellen.

In der SogouMap App lassen sich Kartenpakete herunter laden. Ob da was für Europa dabei ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Zumindest hat man dadurch dann offline Kartenmaterial und braucht keine aktive Internetverbindung.

Wenn ich den Huami-Blog richtig verstanden habe, gibt es für die "alte" Amazfit Watch nur noch monatliche 'Updates, also keine Dev-ROMs mehr. Bei der 2. Generation werden sie Dev und Stable künftig parallel anbieten. Ich findes es ziemlich beachtlich, dass die Vorjahresgeräte noch so häufig mit Updates versorgt werden, damit hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Ist halt wie bei Xiaomi.

So auf den ersten Blick:
- 3 neue Sportarten, s. o.
- Menü umstrukturiert, viele Einstellungen leichter zu finden und zu bedienen
- Jede Menge neuer Watchfaces, die auch im Standby keine chinesischen Zeichen haben
- Sekundenzeiger kann dauerhaft an sein (mal sehen, wie sich das auf die Batterielaufzeit auswirkt)
- Trainingscenter komplett auf Englisch übersetzt.

Sieht mit danach aus, als ob die englische und die chinesische ROM vielleicht doch mal zusammengeführt werden, wer weiß...

Sekundenzeiger im standby watchface funktioniert nur mit (stock) APK watchfaces. Wer custom wfz nutzt, kommt aktuell noch nicht in den Genuss.
Ansonsten bin ich auch gespannt und dabei sobald PACEfied den Sprung auf 2.x macht.

... und der Hammer sind die vielen neuen Einstellungen, wenn man eine Sportart startet. Es gibt sogar endlich eine Intervalltrainingsfunktion. Ich denke, dieser FAQ muss demnächst komplett überarbeitet werden. So, bevor Cheffe hier den Thread wieder schließt, höre ich besser auf. Demnächst mehr!

Ich habe mal eine Liste der Einstellungen von diversen Outdoor Sportarten des neuen Roms gemacht. Vielleicht hilft Dir das ja (nicht alles funktioniert aber der ROM ist der Hammer). Leider kann ich hier nichts anhängen, daher Verweis auf den Thread bei XDA:

Die Fussball-WM-Reminder bekomme ich nicht zum Laufen. Habe die aktuelle China-Amazfit-Watch App, aber da finde ich nichts zur WM. Den Rest habe ich noch nicht getestet.

Bike - Alerts - Pace Alert wurde jetzt zu Speed Alert was Sinn macht.
Trailrun - Alerts - Lap Alert - kann man jetzt km setzen (vorher on/off)
